Summer Music Program Registration
The Atlantic Wind Symphony with the assistance of the Sachem District Music Department is very pleased to be able to offer Summer Music to the young instrumental music student. The fee is $85.00 per course. Each course is a two-week session plus a concert. Save $5 if registered by June 27th!
Summer Music Course Descriptions: Classes are for all band & orchestra students with 1 to 5 years of experience. Music will be adapted to each student’s ability and will be different for each session. All students are welcome who have completed at least one year of instruction. Please see the course listings on the registration form. Students can attend any combination of sessions and classes. All courses will rehearse 90 minutes each day for nine days, and includes a combined concert on Friday, the last day, at 12:00 PM. Parents and friends are welcome!
Registration: Submit registration form below or come in person to Sagamore Middle School on Thursday, June 30, 2011, 9-12 AM for the first session, and Monday July 18, 2011, 9-12 AM for the second session. Late registration is also available on the first day of class. Refunds are available only before the first day of class, minus a five-dollar nonrefundable registration fee.
Musical suggestion: Combine Group Lessons at 8:30 AM with Band at 10 AM or Junior Ensemble and Band and really improve your skills this summer!
